You’ll need to provide proof of identity, proof of income, and references from previous landlords or employers.
We typically conduct an initial inspection about one month after you move in to ensure everything is in good condition and to address any maintenance issues that may have come up. After that, inspections are usually carried out every three months to help maintain the property and to promptly address any concerns you might have.
Any changes require written permission from the property owner. Please contact us to discuss your proposed changes before proceeding.
